What does Kombucha mean?
Kombucha is a combination of the words Kombu and Cha. Refers to Kombu Tea. Since 1988, when we met Kombucha, we have called him Kombucha at home, because when Kombu was in Japanese, we had not translated Cha into Turkish. However, in some sources you can see it as Kombu Brook. It is the same product, that is, it is a special beverage obtained by the fermentation of Kombucha Culture with sugar tea.
When did Kombucha appear, where did it occur?
