Shaman’s Secret Kombucha
The origin of Kombucha, which is an ancient and traditional beverage of 2200 years, is based on Japan. In fact, Kombucha Culture, a broad-leaved moss, is a symbiotic life colony of beneficial bacteria and yeasts.
Kombucha Culture, which is placed on sugar tea prepared in certain proportions, is fermented by traditional methods, without any additives and preservatives, and at the end of this fermentation, it releases many valuable ingredients, primarily probiotics and enzymes. At the end of this period, Culture consumes a significant part of the sugar in the tea.
Since it is a living beverage, a gellike formation can be observed in Kombucha. It is normal and even beautiful. You can strain or drink.
Kombucha should be consumed every day. The appropriate dose for adults is 1-1.5 cups a day.
Daily consumption for adults who drink Kombucha for the first time:
First week: 1/2 cup of tea
Week 2: 1 cup of tea
Week 3: 2/3 cups
From the 4th week: 1-1,5 cups
Store your Kombucha in the refrigerator and consume it cold. I recommend you to consume it preferably in the morning and on an empty stomach. If you have a problem with the stomach, then you can drink it during meals or before bedtime.
KOMBUCHA usage amounts by age:
Yaş 18 years old and above 200-300 ml (1-1.5 cups)
Ml 15-17 years old 150 ml (3/4 cup)
❖ 10-14 years old 100 ml (1/2 cup)
❖ 5-9 years old 75 ml (1 tea glass)
Yaş 3-4 years 25 ml (1/3 cup)
