TO BE IN THE MOMENT, TO STAY IN THE MOMENT… HOW?

It is an indisputable fact that being in the moment, staying in the moment is where healing begins. To be able to live in the present moment; Without letting us experience what happened in the past over and over again, let us live ourselves or take over our minds… The most magical resource that requires an awareness and self-control, which brings us into balance and keeps us there, is actually being in the flow and in the moment. Providing soul-body-mind balance or restoring balance; Our most important healing source that enables the chakras to work in full harmony ...

Sometimes events drift out of the moment together with facts and people; We focus on the past or the future. We cannot realize how this happened, or we cannot know how to come to the moment again. Hours pass, and we realize later that we are actually struggling with worries or the details of a past event for most of the day.

As Svagito R. Liebermeister said: We can say that mind and reality never meet. They live in two dimensions; because reality is only in the present moment. The mind lives in the past and the future.

So how do we manage to be in the flow and in the moment; While our minds constantly insist on continuing to drag us into the past or the future? First of all, we need to be aware of this issue; As you keep the self-control engaged, you realize that you are less caught in the traps of the mind. The moment you realize whether you are clinging to a past event or concerns for the future, the breath becomes your most important savior and transducer. At that moment of awareness, immediately inhale 4 noses and 6 mouths, and repeat this several times. It is a very easy and effective method that will immediately change your mood and bring you to the moment.

Another way is to start from the body, not from the mind. When you realize that you are sitting too hunched, constantly shaking your feet, clenching your teeth, or your body being tense, know that you are away from the moment; worries, thoughts, worries even affected your physical body in this way… Our body gives us easily noticeable clues and information in this sense. The body acts as a guide here. If you have the opportunity at that moment, you can give yourself 5-10 minutes of time and do a short meditation by applying the breath we mentioned above. If you do not have the opportunity, you can invite yourself to the moment only with the breathing technique. You can also change your vibration and calm your mind with a few nice and effective affirmations: I trust myself and my life. Everything is happening for my good. I am completely safe!

'Allow' the mind and body to experience a calm frequency: Listening to meditative music, taking some time for yourself and doing short meditations, spending time for your hand skills and hobbies, and doing things you enjoy will also ground you; It will make you come here and now.

With a little bit of self-control and awareness, you will find that your mind is beginning to not succumb to the demands of traveling into the past or the future. Over time, you will find that you can now live in many more moments.

With health, peace and tranquility in the moment; Hope to live with enthusiasm!

And so it happened!
