Jin Shin Jyutsu method is a Japanese healing art. It is an application to balance the energy of the body using hands and fingers. It is used in many countries as a complementary support in the healing process.

Our entire body exists in an energy field. If for some reason the mismatch in the energy flow occurs, it is natural that after a while it will show signs of physical discomfort. Jin Shin Jyutsu proposes to use the specific contact points obtained to regulate and strengthen the flow of energy.

In this method, each finger represents a feeling:

  • Thumb: Worry
  • Forefinger: Fear
  • Middle Finger: Anger
  • Ring Finger: Sadness and not feeling safe
  • Pinky Finger: Self Confidence

To support these emotions in a positive way, hold each finger firmly for one to two minutes.

If you are stressed, press your palm with your thumb for 2 minutes to feel better.

You can repeat this method every day. The effect will increase further.
